Dr. Abinav Leva

Dr. Abinav Leva, DPM, is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to the Central Arkansas community. Originally from El Paso, Texas, Dr. Leva completed his undergraduate education at Austin College in Sherman, Texas, before earning his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California. He completed his foot and ankle surgical residency at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood, where he gained extensive experience in sports medicine, trauma, reconstructive surgery, diabetic limb salvage, and complex foot and ankle conditions. Following residency, Dr. Leva completed an advanced Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgery and Limb Salvage Fellowship at the University of Louisville, further developing his expertise in complex reconstruction, deformity correction, wound care, and limb preservation. Dr. Leva is board-qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in both foot surgery and reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery. He is passionate about helping patients maintain an active lifestyle through individualized treatment plans that emphasize conservative treatment whenever appropriate while offering advanced surgical care when necessary. Outside of the office, Dr. Leva enjoys playing pickleball, following Formula One, traveling, and most importantly spending time with his family. He is excited to call Central Arkansas home and looks forward to building lasting relationships with his patients while becoming an active part of the community.
